Welcome to beemytask LTD VelocityVan. By using our VelocityVan, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our applications.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using any VelocityVan application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Agreements, then you may not use VelocityVan

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use VelocityVan. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Description of Service

VelocityVan provide various features:

• Optimizing routes for delivery
• Integration with various business vendors

VelocityVan is provided "as is" and may evolve over time with updates or new features.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may sign in with:

• Your business account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you lose access to your account or uninstall the app without backup, your data may be unrecoverable.

5. Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy. We store limited user data in Firebase (Google Cloud), including:

• Business Login Data
• PIN codes and app
• Uploaded data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. For details, please see our separate Privacy Policy.

6. Ownership and Content

All content, designs, text, code, and visuals in our VelocityVan are owned by the developer and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Apps without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use VelocityVan for unlawful or abusive purposes
• Attempt to interfere with VelocityVan servers or data
• Misuse VelocityVan purchases or attempt fraudulent transactions

Violation of these terms may lead to suspension or deletion of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

VelocityVan is PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• We are not liable for any loss of data, wrong prices, or personal outcomes resulting from VelocityVan use.
• We are not responsible for any outcomes related to your use of VelocityVan.

9. Changes to the App and Terms

9.1 Changes to Apps

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of VelocityVan at any time.
• We may update VelocityVan to add or remove features.
• We are not liable for any modifications or discontinuation.

9.2 Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time.
• Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
• If you don't agree to changes, stop using VelocityVan

10. Termination

You may stop using VelocityVan at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Required by law.
• We discontinue VelocityVan

11. Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use VelocityVan ceases immediately.
• We may delete your account and data.
• Provisions that should survive termination (liability limitations, indemnification) remain in effect.
